Enter AG - Fund Manager 2.0 DownloadThe FundManager is a tool that can be used by organisations involved in fund raising activities to manage their data. It provides functions to manage list of addresses of patrons, donations made by these patrons and fund-raising events and print related reports. Easy to use graphical user interfaces are provided to enter, modify and delete patron addresses, donations and fund raising events. The address search function allows the user to search for address details of patrons that satisfy a user defined search condition. Four types of reports can be printed with the FundManager. A report listing all the patrons that satisfied a given search conditions, a report that prints all the address details of a selected patron, a report listing all the donations made by a selected patron and a report listing all the fund raising events. The data and the application are kept separately to allow easy back up of data and modifications to the application without changing the data. The data is in a Microsoft Access database called FundData.mdb and the application is in a database called FundManager.mdb. For details on how to install and use the FundManager refer to the "User's Guide". For instructions on how to configure the tables please refer to the "Configuration Guide".
